Elle & Craig – From Scotland to Majorca
The bride and groom – Elle and Craig – left Great Britain’s green north to celebrate their love on the Spanish island. Having chosen an enchanting location, Hotel Nixe Palace in Cala Major, they spent the day surrounded by friends and family who also provided loving support for the couple as they got ready. Later at the ceremony, they enchanted their guests with their elegance in the romantic setting.
The beautiful bride, who was wearing a long-trained, lace dress with a classic veil, was filled with emotion as she was escorted down the aisle by her father and presented to the groom. The ceremony took place on one of the hotel’s beautiful, long terraces which had been picturesquely decorated with rose blossoms and laid out with a festive red carpet.
After the ceremony, guests proceeded to the pool terrace for supper and the wedding celebrations. The round tables unexpectedly became part of a show that the hotel kitchen had prepared for this event. Supper wasn’t served in the standard way; instead, each guest’s plate had been covered by a cloche dome. At these were ceremoniously removed in one fell swoop by a team of waiters to unveil the beautifully-presented and delicious meal. The wedding guests were truly delighted by this scene.
After enjoying an exquisite menu, the party took place in a high-spirited, nonchalant atmosphere. Some of the guests even wore a traditional kilt and this contributed to the bright mood. The party was so well-paced and entertaining that no one got the slightest chance to ever get bored. The short breaks were spent having fun at the selfie-box. I love to offer this service because it makes for honest and funny photos that are a lovely keepsake for the bridal couple. The MallorcaBoda team was on hand to make a video documentation of this special day – moving pictures of a very moving day.
